businesses and people - resulting in a rise in prices in housing hotspots. Properties in and Harrogate and Wetherby are always in high demand, and don't sit long on estate agents' books.
On an encouraging note, however, although property prices have been known to rise, the cost of homes in the county are still only 69% of the national average.
